The Colin Currie Group tours to Tokyo at the beginning of March for their first ever performances of Reich’s Tehillim at Tokyo Opera City.

As part of a worldwide celebration of his music and to mark his 80th birthday in late 2016, Steve Reich will also join the group in Tokyo and perform Clapping Music with Colin Currie. With two sold-out concerts over two days, the group also perform the Japanese debut of Reich’s Quartet which was written for them and had its premiere in 2014.

The concerts take place on 1 and 2 March.
