After a very memorable performance of Steve Reich’s ‘Drumming’ in Bath Abbey at the Bath Music Festival last month, the Colin Currie Group continues its performances throughout the UK with a return to Kings Place in London on 4th June. The concert consists of a programme of classics, including ‘Clapping Music’, ‘Piano Phase’, and ‘Six Marimbas’. The Group will also perform ‘Quartet’, written for the ensemble and dedicated to Colin by the composer in 2014.
