Colin Currie Group members Owen Gunnell, Adrian Spillett, Sam Walton and Colin Currie perform Steve Reich’s Drumming  [Part 1] at this years’ BBC Proms on 15 July.

The concert marks the 40th Anniversary of BBC Young Musician and each is a former concerto finalist. Other winners and finalists performing include Nicola Benedetti, Freddy Kempf and Sheku Kanneh-Mason.

The programme includes works by Saint‐Saëns, Ravel and James MacMillan amongst others. The Prom will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 3, and available to listen for 30 days thereafter.
