Three performances of Music for 18 Musicians in a day!
Colin Currie Group return to the Southbank Centre on 3 July 2021 to perform Steve Reich’s captivating Music for 18 Musicians.
Joined by long-time collaborators Synergy Vocals, this will be the first time that the group have performed a piece of this scale since the start of the pandemic. The group will present three performances of the work in a single day to socially-distanced audiences at the Royal Festival Hall.
The group’s last performance at Southbank Centre received a five star review from The Telegraph, the reviewer describing their performance of Reich’s Drumming as “one of the most thrilling experiences in all music.”
